What is Kyvvio?
Kyvvio is guest-operations automation for property managers and concierge teams. It runs WhatsApp welcome, check-in, access delivery and turnaround — on top of the PMS, not instead of it. Official site: kyvvio.com (two V's).
What it does
When a booking syncs (Airbnb / Booking iCal, PMS or import), Kyvvio starts a stay workflow: pre-check-in on WhatsApp Cloud API, guest opt-in, access instructions (code, key box or guide) with send proof, checkout reminders, then cleaning-slot notifications. Ops sees states, can retry, and can take over manually.
What it is not
Kyvvio is not a PMS, not a channel manager, and not an e-commerce or funnel builder. Keep Airbnb, Booking and your PMS. Kyvvio wires the arrival and the ops around it.
Kyvvio is not Kyvio
Kyvvio (kyvvio.com) and Kyvio (kyvio.com) are different companies and different products. Kyvio is a marketing / product-launch platform (funnels, memberships, email). Kyvvio is short-term rental guest operations. Google sometimes treats “kyvvio” as a typo for “kyvio” — they are not the same.
