Register guests before arrival, prepare the police form required by law, and collect payments in dirhams. Built first in French for concierge teams operating in Morocco.

   Police form (law 80-14)

   Each adult completes a form: Moroccan national ID or passport. Documents are read automatically, then sent as PDF or CSV to the police station.

2. 02

   Personal data (CNDP, law 09-08)

   ID scans and the selfie, if enabled, stay in a private space. They are kept for a limited time, then deleted automatically.

3. 03

   WhatsApp before arrival

   Guests receive the registration link, reminders and the access guide on WhatsApp. Your current organisation is not replaced.

4. 04

   Payments in dirhams

   PayZone for Moroccan cards, Cash Plus, or a transfer to the Kyvvio Maroc SARL RIB.

5. 05

   Cleaning and maintenance

   Optional: send cleaning jobs on WhatsApp and track interventions. You enable it per concierge, without changing guest arrival.
