Terms of Service

Kyvvio is a concierge SaaS (pre-check-in, access, ops) operated by OPCLINE LTD (trading as Kyvvio), company number 15098828, registered at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom.

These Terms govern kyvvio.com and the application (including /ops).

You must be a business user with authority to bind your organisation and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for credentials and account activity.

Kyvvio automates guest journeys (WhatsApp, guides, access codes) and ops tools. Features depend on your plan.

The service relies on third parties (Meta WhatsApp, OTAs, PMS, networks). We do not guarantee 100% uptime or delivery of every third-party message.

You remain responsible for guest-facing content, house rules, and compliance of your practices.

Prices are listed on /pricing, excl. taxes unless stated. Billing is monthly (or as agreed) via Stripe.

By subscribing you authorise charges due. Meta / WhatsApp or out-of-plan third-party fees are yours unless agreed in writing.

A pilot (e.g. 14 days) may be offered. After that, subscription starts unless cancelled before billing per the offer terms.

You may cancel under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, abuse, or breach of Terms / law.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. For guest data, you are the controller; Kyvvio acts as processor for the service.

Kyvvio, brand, software and site content remain OPCLINE LTD’s (or licensors’). You retain your business data.

To the extent permitted by English law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or guest/OTA disputes arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. English courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights.
