Do we leave our French PMS?
No. Kyvvio is the arrival layer. iCal for the calendar; Hospitable Connect if you want the guest phone without pasting links in Airbnb.
Is personal WhatsApp Business enough?
For 1–2 units, maybe. At volume you need Cloud API templates, delivery states and Relancer — not an improvised thread at 11pm.
