Terms of use
1. Purpose
These terms govern Morocco-market access (pre-check-in, police form, Morocco selfie option, MAD settlement) provided by Kyvvio Maroc SARL.
The international SaaS subscription remains under OPCLINE LTD terms.
2. Agency duties
The agency remains responsible for the accuracy of police forms and their transmission to the DGSN / police station.
It configures the Morocco selfie option, the station email, and guest consent.
3. Payments
MAD settlement: PayZone, Cash Plus or RIB transfer, as available.
4. Liability
Kyvvio Maroc SARL provides software. It does not replace the agency’s accommodation duties or the authorities (DGSN, CNDP).
