For the Morocco market (/maroc site, local contracts, MAD settlement, CNDP support), the controller is Kyvvio Maroc SARL.

For stay data (police form, CIN/passport scans, selfie), the client property manager is generally the controller; Kyvvio Maroc SARL acts as processor. See the CNDP notice.

Agencies: name, contact, Morocco properties, Ops settings (police station, Morocco selfie).

Guests: police-form data, ID documents, selfie if enabled, WhatsApp consent.

Local payments: CMI/PayZone, Cash Plus or RIB references — Kyvvio does not store full card numbers.

Legal obligation: DGSN police form, law 80-14.

Performance of the service contract with the agency.

Legitimate interest / consent: transactional WhatsApp messages.

CIN, passport and selfie scans: 90 days after the stay, unless a longer duty applies.

Agency account data: contract term plus accounting duties.
